Inside a simulated batch.
Follow the process. Question the picture. Explore what happens when the data stops arriving or a stop condition interrupts the sequence.
No connection to the private lab. All process values are generated in this browser. Refreshing discards this session.
Start the batch. Watch filling, heating, mixing, holding, and draining. Pause or advance one second whenever you want a closer look.
Model time 0:00 · Paused. A fresh normal batch takes 60 model seconds. Advance pauses playback. Reset example empties and cools the fictional vessel; Reset trip preserves its contents.
Try a fault
No trip latched. The stop example disables output requests; it is not an engineered safety function.

Separate units share a 0–100 teaching scale. Gaps represent missing samples, not a stopped process. History is limited to the latest 180 samples.

What this model simplifies
A fixed recipe fills to 80%, heats to 60 °C, mixes for 10 seconds, holds for 8 seconds, then drains. Rates and thresholds are fictional. Heating and flow are linear; cooling, pressure, mass balance, sensor noise, network transport and physical safety are not modeled. Temperature is retained while draining, and after emptying is only a retained example value. A stop retains the contents, turns output requests off, and latches a trip. It does not model a real emergency-stop function.
Pause stops model time, so samples do not age while paused. Browser backgrounding pauses playback rather than trying to catch up with wall time. The trend and CSV contain received HMI samples only; a frozen feed leaves gaps. No data is persisted or sent to a lab endpoint.
